30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must meet all of the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, returned items must be:
Uninstalled: Products must not have been wired, mounted, or assembled.
Unused: No signs of wear, scratches, or handling damage.
In original condition and packaging: Including all parts, protective materials, manuals, and accessories.
We do not accept returns for any lighting fixtures that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery.
How to Request a Return

Order number
Product(s) you wish to return
Reason for the return (optional but appreciated)
Photo(s) of the item in original condition (if applicable)
Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address and shipping guidelines.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Custom or made-to-order items (unless defective)
